Most primary colors are available. If your item requires more than one color please contact us for further description of your piece and different pricing criteria.

What if I Want More Words?
No problem! Different prices will apply. Call us with your inquiry. Also, keep in mind the size of your item and if the additional words will remain legible.

I only have my business card with my company logo, help!
No problem. You can send us your business card via regular mail or upload the image and we can fix it up for you.

Pre-made Items?
All of the sample pictures you see in our online catalog are not for sale. We do have some clip art files that may be used at no additional charge but the majority of our items are blank and you provide us with the artwork/company logo to sandblast.

Why are the Clipart Images Black and White?
The black area(s) is what will be engraved

When can I Expect my engraved Item(s) to Arrive?
Gift items are usually shipped within 5 to 10 days from the date of purchase. Any of our specialty items (ie. glass/stone awards) usually ship 7 to 12 days from the date of purchase.

Cost for Shipping
All packages ship via Standard USPS Ground/Home Delivery. Shipping is based upon amount of order. We can upgrade your ship time per your request.

Lead Time
There is a standard minimum 5 day lead time on all items.
